Privacy Policy for AmpliSon Effective Date: August 5, 2026 This Privacy Policy applies to the AmpliSon mobile application ("Application"), developed and operated by SL INNOVAR ("Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. 1. About AmpliSon AmpliSon is a free Android application that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance audio quality by: Amplifying sound. Reducing background noise. Improving speech clarity. Enhancing audio playback in real time. The Application is intended for general audio enhancement purposes only. AmpliSon is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, monitor, or prevent any medical condition, including hearing loss. 2. Information We Collect The Application may collect limited technical information necessary for operation and security, including: Device model. Android operating system version. Application version. Anonymous crash reports. Performance diagnostics. Internet Protocol (IP) address. Anonymous installation information. This information is used exclusively to improve application stability, security, and performance. 3. Microphone Permission AmpliSon requires access to your device's microphone in order to capture and process audio for sound amplification and AI-powered noise reduction. Microphone audio is used only while the Application is operating. Unless explicitly stated within the Application, microphone recordings are not stored, uploaded, or shared with the Service Provider. 4. Artificial Intelligence AmpliSon uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to analyze and improve audio quality. Audio processing is performed locally on the device whenever possible. If future versions introduce optional cloud-based AI features, users will be informed before any audio data is transmitted. 5. Data Storage User settings and application preferences are stored locally on the device. The Application does not intentionally collect or store personal audio recordings on external servers. 6. Third-Party Services The Application may use third-party services that help improve functionality and stability, including: Google Play Services Google Play Integrity API (if enabled) Google Crash Reporting services (if enabled) These services operate under their own privacy policies. 7. Data Sharing SL INNOVAR does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may only be shared when: Required by applicable law. Necessary to protect legal rights. Required to investigate fraud or security incidents. Anonymous diagnostic information may be processed by trusted service providers. 8.
